Our mission at Fast RunnerZ is to provide you with the best coaching available in the world. To do this, we contract the very athletes that compete for a living, the very athletes you see on television, the very athletes you hear about competing for the United States and winning medals. We bring the best athletes in the world to you so you can interact and learn from the very best.

Fast RunnerZ is a personal coaching business that contracts professional athletes to coach clients in their area of expertise. These coaches have competed at the highest level of track and field and have been under the guidance of some of the best coaches in the country and in the world.

Fast RunnerZ was created by Matt Scherer in March of 2007. Matt currently competes for Nike and the Oregon Track Club - Elite as a 400m/800m runner and is coached by Frank Gagliano. He graduated in 2006 from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration - Entrepreneurship. He also competed on the track for the Ducks in the 200m, 400m, and relays under coaches Dan Steele and Steve Silvey. His accomplishments on the track include:

• 9-time NCAA All-American
• 2-time Academic All-American
• PR's of 20.89 in the 200m, 45.19 in the 400m, 1:47.08 in the 800m, and ran on 4x100m and 4x400m relays that clocked 39.20 and 3:00.81, respectively
• Competed with the US National team in the summer of 2007 at the Norwich Union International quad meet against China, Russia, and Great Britain
