Coaching Theory:

"I have an interesting theory, I have a belief that you must find a midpoint of hardwork/technique/happiness. When you find the midpoint in which you are excelling in all three categories you are most likely to succeed in your event. On the other side of the spectrum, if you over do any of these three criteria, you will not overly succeed (to your maximum potential)."
