- Corporate Gift Matching - Many businesses have programs that match the amount of money employees raise for charity. Check to see if your company has one.
- Pledges for number of miles ran. For a pledge of $2.00 per mile your team runs, and your team has 5 marathoners, 5 half marathoners, and 5 5K runners, that adds up to $424!
- Send out letters and emails asking for donations. Don't forget to tell about the cause/charity you are raising money for.
- Silent Auction - have co-workers, friends, and family donate an item or two for a silent auction.
- Book Sale - Collect book donations from your co-workers, church, and friends and hold a book sale.
- Bake Sale - Have family, friends, and co-workers bake dessert goods for a big bake sale.
- Car Wash - Try all-guy or all-girl car washes.
